This quilt represents people who have given the gift of organ and tissue donation in our community. Visit the display to learn the stories behind these meaningful gifts.

Build a Better World - Summer Reading Program

Build a Better World - Summer Reading Program Stafford Library’s SUMMER READING program is winding down but we still have lots of special events and prizes.

You may register online to record the books you read. When you get to the registration page, be sure to click the tab at the top that corresponds with the grade you (or your child) are going into. To register yourself, or your child, click Summer Reading.

ATTENTION: Our eclipse viewing glasses are currently all spoken for, however we are taking sign-ups to be put on a waiting list for glasses if people do not show up.

We will be live-streaming the eclipse inside the library and will have snacks on hand if you would like to join us for that. *****************************************

Join us for an eclipse viewing party at the library on Monday, August 21st from 1-4 pm.

We will provide NASA approved eclipse glasses and snacks. Also, bring a chair or blanket to get comfortable.

NOTE: it is NOT safe to view the eclipse without approved eclipse glasses; sunglasses are not adequate.

Movie - "the Zookeeper's Wife" - Thurs. 8/24 @11am We will be showing "the Zookeeper's Wife" which tells how keepers of the Warsaw Zoo helped rescue Jews and animals from the Nazi invasion (Rated PG-13). Please call to register.

End-of-Life Doula Level 1 Training - Thurs. 8/24 @ 5pm

Dawn Whelan (a certified End-of-Life Doula) will lead this free community event for family, caregivers, volunteers and anyone interested in learning how to support and care for loved ones facing the end of their lives.
